Cancellation Pollicy

A deposit of $300 for each week is due when you register. The remaining balance of the entire tour cost is due 75 days before the beginning date of the trip.

Your deposit is forfeited if you cancel before 75 days prior to the beginning date of the trip. If you cancel between 75 and 45 days before the beginning date of the trip, 50% of the entire tour cost is forfeited. If you cancel less than 45 days before the date of the trip or leave the trip early, the entire tour cost is forfeited.

Itineraries

Yankee Travels strives to follow each itinerary as printed on our web site. But quality leadership makes it imperative that safety is our first concern. If, in the opinion of the tour leaders, a particular excursion is made unsafe by weather the leaders reserve the right to substitute a different excursion than the one stated.

Travel Arrangements

Yankee Travels is not a travel agency and thus does not book airline reservations. We will certainly point you toward good web sites and will alert you to good prices we find on airline flights. Any good travel agency will also be happy to help you.

Discount for Linking Tours or Registering for Multiple Tours

We offer discounts for anyone who wishes to link two tours together or register for multiple tours (in Switzerland). The size of the discount depends on the tours involved. Call us to discuss the possibilities.
